Ready to eat medkits tooltip Empty Ready to eat medkits tooltip

The tooltip states that the heal rate is doubled and the duration is halved, but also that the total amount healed is halved. Something's obviously wrong with the math here; I believe (through testing) that the duration is reduced to 1/4, but I'm not 100% sure, that's just what it felt like to me. Anyhow, the total amount healed is indeed less, and the tooltip is wrong somewhere.
